Hi there,

My name is Bernadette Dancy,

I'm a Stress Management Coach and Public Speaker with more than 15 years of experience studying the science and psychology of human health and potential.

As a certified Stress Management Coach, I'm committed to helping people regardless of gender, race, and sexuality take control of their stress and lead happier, healthier lives. I've worked with hundreds of individuals, providing personalised coaching and support to help them recover from chronic stress, burnout, and overwhelm. In addition to my stress management expertise, I'm also certified in Understanding Autism, and I enjoy working with individuals who identify as being neurodivergent.

I believe that we are living through a ‘stress crisis’ because stress is vastly misunderstood, however, I also believe that stress isn’t a weakness, but rather it is something we can all harness and improve our health and lives as a result.
